Well, I've given up resisting and am just steamrolling ahead with this fic. The Johnlock muse is a noisy bastard and has won me over and I hope to just write until I'm done with draft 0 instead of just working on the weekends. This story has invaded my waking and sleeping mind. I woke up today still thinking about the story, and went to sleep with my notebook under my pillow and my pen on hand, which means my brain is on overtime. I like this feeling, when a story digs the hooks in deep and swallows up until you're hitting the final line.  I imagine this will be my November.  I wish this was my novel. But it is not so. Man I just realized that when I finish this fic I will have about 50K total in this batshit crazy series. Scary. It's like a really brief novel. 

Word warred with percygranger and got about 400ish words out of it. Word wars are never not a good thing. Right now I'm at a stopping point, more thought needs to be had and I need to post it note all through all of the old notes I took to see if I can pull out some things to use now that it's actually getting written. Not sure how much longer this chapter will be. Will need to add more internal to it. More background and headspace and setting and spoken things and words. Foundation laying. I was stuck with many needles today. My arms are bruised and sore.
