Like obsessively picking at a scab... I did another edit tonight as I knew some people would be reading it, and well I get a little paranoid when my story starts to go under scrutiny...  Much much needed scrutiny mind you! For realz! But you're never quite sure if you're going to get a well done you! or a someone needs to be shipped to the glue factory! response... yeah that second one really doesn't make much sense. I was going to go for someone needs to be fitted for goat horns... but that is a phrase that no one seems to get either. I think my old boss might have made it up, but I love it...

Anywho, I've stopped picking the wound until I get some feedback and then I will unwrap it and do the stitches or the full on heart bypass surgery if need be... must put away Sherlock and John for now... *putting away the toys*  perhaps I'll watch some Spartacus...

Ooh, best of luck with your beta-ing. I thought I understood the goat horns thing, now I'm not sure. Means you're acting devilish, yes? It's kind of old-timey and Christian, but hey! Those're my traditions, right there.

My boss used the goat horns term when she thought that someone was going to get in trouble soon. I think they're going to be fitting him for a pair of goat horns...

She might have just made it up :-)
