Dizzy Day 7

I think the second part will end tomorrow. I can't see it going another 2K or anything, though who knows. Today I got a lot done at lunch, the 1K basically. Writing blind again. I'll be interested to see what secrets come out of the next batch of writing.
Yesterday was mildly non-productive writing day. Well it was super-busy day. My lunch got lost in a planning meeting and then I was at dance class after work and didn't get home until 10PM so I didn't get writing done. I did however, beta some work and I polished up an old Sherlock FOD to give to a friend, tried to fix the glaring inconsistencies in continuity. So a wee bit of work towards the words on page goal wasn't done, but it was fun to revisit that story. The aftermath of Reichenbach brings out the strangest fics...
I think I might try a new method. Since writing at lunch is so good, I'm going to TRY to get into work an hour early and write before work as well. I think that this will be the only way I'm going to get Camp Nano done is if I have two writing sessions during the day. If I can average about 1K during lunch then adding an extra hour might net me another 600 -1K and that would be verging into Stephen King word count territory... and would definitely get me to do more than the 50K needed to win Nano...
So in preparation for that, I'm going to try to do like 2-3 days a week of morning writing to see if I can ease myself into it. I'm not really a cold turkey kind of person. Easing is okay.
It's an idea... I'm going to try it on Friday... see what happens... The rewrite starts Saturday... I'm a bit nervous, it's kind of daunting the amount of rework that will need to be done...I will be circling it, trying to find a way into the mess... *sigh*...
In good news, my Sherlock Season 2 is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, so I know what I'm watching over the weekend... Belgravia, I need inspiration...
